This is so amazing. This is exactly what's been happening to me of late aswell. The inherent resistance and survival mechanisms that the soul had to establish to keep the body alive while growing up that is keeping us from feeling everything in each moment. It's so beautiful when they dissolve. Just like you say, everything changes, and yet everything is exactly the same. Beautiful. Thank you for sharing. :)

hehe... sorry! :)

i still remember the sounds coming from outside the room i was staying in... peacocks screaming and mongooses running about... but also lots and lots of wonderful sounds, like the bells tied to the temple elephants' feet... i loved sitting outside my room peering through the symmetrical rows of rubber trees in the early morning darkness, sipping my chai and watching the flickering light from the mahouts' lanterns as they slowly made their way to the nearby bhadrakali temple... felt very magical and comforting, somehow... *happy sigh*

thanks, i really hope so too!

Wow I kinda wish I hadn't read this late at night, now I feel nervous ^^; (the echoes I keep hearing from the atrium facing side of my room aren't helping either)

That's just so ...weird is the word indeed actually!

But I hope this book is a good experience, and not in the bizarre fashion the other one was!!
